Review Your Tailored Proposal
Our team then prepares a detailed itinerary with accommodation options, logistical notes, and a clear price breakdown. You can request adjustments until the plan reflects your preferences and budget.
Confirm Your Safari
Once the itinerary is approved, we issue a pro forma invoice. A deposit secures your accommodations and permits. The remaining balance is settled according to the timeline stated in the invoice.
Receive Your Pre-Departure Pack
After confirmation, we provide practical guidance including packing notes, health considerations, meeting points, and contacts. Our operations team will monitor your arrangements through to arrival
