Our Best of Serengeti and Ngorongoro luxury safari adventure takes you from the natural wonder of the Serengeti to the wildlife abundant Ngorongoro Crater. Designed to introduce you to Tanzania’s natural heritage, with particular focus on the renowned northern safari circuit, this package links two world renowned wildlife reserves that represent the essence of the traditional African safari.

Full Itinerary
- Day 1: Arrival at (Jro) - Transfer to Hotel in Arusha
As you arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport, one of our safari representatives will be there to meet and greet you. Swiftly, you will be transferred to your hotel in Arusha. After you’ve checked-in, our representative will be readily available to brief you about the upcoming safari. This is an incredible opportunity for you to ask questions, gain insights into the experiences that await, before allowing you to unwind and enjoy your evening at leisure.

- Day 2: Fly to Serengeti National Park
After a delectable breakfast at the hotel this morning, a seamless transfer to Arusha Airport is arranged, from where you’ll take a flight to the iconic Serengeti National Park.
Upon arrival, your driver-guide extends a warm welcome, ushering you to your lodge in time for lunch and a bit of rest. Afterwards, you venture out on a second game drive across different sections of Central Serengeti, also known as Seronera. The name Serengeti, which means “Endless plains” in Maasai language, stretches out as far as the eye can see and eventually merging with the sky at the horizon.
With the largest land area reserved for wildlife, Serengeti is capable of challenging your notion about distance. This world-class reserve hosts the African Big 5; rhino, elephant, lion, buffalo, and leopard, and is known to be the most renowned safari destination for its incredible population of lions and leopards in Africa. The Seronera area is one of the richest wildlife sections of the park. A picnic lunch will be done during the day-long game drive. The day comes to an end with a well-prepared dinner and a good night’s rest back at the lodge.

- Day 3: Serengeti – Full Day
Today we depart on an early morning game drive and return later to the lodge for breakfast and relax for a bit. Before afternoon sets in, we depart on a long game drive with packed lunch to extend field time. With the largest land area reserved for wildlife, Serengeti is capable of challenging your notion about distance. This world-class reserve hosts the African Big 5; rhino, elephant, lion, buffalo, and leopard, and is known to be the most renowned safari destination for its incredible population of lions and leopards in Africa.
The Seronera area is one of the richest wildlife sections of the park. A picnic lunch will be done during the day-long game drive. If your safari happens during the wildebeest migration, it’s important that you look out for the lion prides that thrive in the park. The long day comes to an end with dinner and a good night’s sleep at the lodge.

- Day 4: Serengeti - Ngorongoro Crater
After an early morning breakfast, we will make a descent into the crater floor. The Ngorongoro Crater is the world’s largest inactive, intact, and unfilled volcanic caldera. It has a massive floor with a depth of over 2,000 feet. Today’s game drive will be an action-packed experience. It is important that you keep your camera ready at all times. The African Big 5: elephant, buffalo, Black rhino, lions, and leopard are found in plenty.
The crater has a good population of lions, with well-defined territories; wildebeest, zebra, hyenas, and black rhino. Most of the animals are resident, benefiting from the many sources of year-round waters and fertile soil. Buffalo, Thomson’s gazelle and eland are also present in large numbers. Hippos are mostly found in pools and swamps. Flamingos can often be seen in Lake Magadi, which occupies part of the crater floor. Following a picnic lunch at the beautiful Hippo Pool, we will begin a steep ascent to the crater walls and head to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

- Day 5: Ngorongoro – Tarangire – Transfer to Arusha
Today begins after breakfast at the lodge before checking out and go on a full day game drive in Tarangire National Park. The park is best known and unique for its ancient baobab-dotted savannah by which you will be welcomed as you begin your game drive. The game drive goes on util late afternoon and includes a small stop for a picnic lunch. The park derives its name from the Tarangire River that flows through it, and attracts a lot of different wild animals such as elephants, giraffe, lions, antelopes and zebras.
Depending on the circumstances of the day, you might be able to spot elusive animals like the climbing python. The park is also known for hosting the highest concentration of elephants anywhere in Africa. Following a long day in the park, we check out and return to Arusha, from where you will be dropped off at the Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward journeys.
